About Our Classes:

Well-versed in contemporary film and play materials, Tasha’s team of acting teachers assign scenes compatible with each student’s stage of development. Assignments are “reality-based,” balancing breakthrough casting possibilities with casting probabilities, as the industry exists today. Each individual’s work is honored in a supportive, yet challenging environment, based on mutual respect. TSAW maintains a roster of serious students sharing the journey to achieve their personal best.

All classes are online and interactive—not lecture only. Our teachers specialize in teaching and coaching online, “in the frame,” the way that casting teams and industry executives are currently viewing auditions, screen tests, and chemistry reads. Each classroom strives to maintain a secure and professional safety zone where the unique gifts of every class member are finely honed and joyfully celebrated.

Our adult class levels are based on the 12-step Chubbuck Technique. Regardless of your experience, if you do not currently understand and apply our technique, you should start in a beginner class to learn the foundation of the technique.

As a TSAW student you will:

• Learn to access your emotional life (fears, anger, grief, joy, jealousy, rejection, insecurities, etc.) to accomplish scene objectives.

• Learn how to make your objectives drive the scene.

• Learn to relax, listen and enjoy the creative process of becoming a great actor.

• Learn a sure-fire technique to break down your scenes.

• Become empowered to have confident and creative auditions.

• Transform into a well-tuned and spiritually-centered performer.

Classes Levels:

Beginner Classes
For adult beginners looking to learn the foundational tools and techniques to launch a professional career in acting. (Also for experienced actors to learn the foundation of the Chubbuck technique before signing up for a more advanced class).

Intermediate-Advanced Classes
For adult actors with previous acting experience and a good understanding of the Chubbuck technique, looking to fine-tune their skills for movies, television, commercials, theater, podcasts, and/or social influence.

Master Class
For adult advanced/professional actors with extensive credits, training, and a solid understanding of the Chubbuck technique.

Teen Class
For teenagers 13 to 17 looking to learn the foundational tools to launch a professional career in acting. Teens are taught elements of the 12-step technique and will be transitioned to an adult class at age 18.
